This year we are sharing some of the beautiful liturgical stained glass designs of Scott Parsons on each of our website pages. Scott's liturgical art is distinguished by four Faith & Form Religious Art Awards in the last three years from the Interfaith Forum on Religion, Art and Architecture (IFRAA), a Knowledge Community of the American Institute of Architects.
We hope you enjoy!

The Lutheran Chorale

Without music, life would be a mistake ~~ Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche

The Lutheran Chorale - Denver, CO

From its first season in 1976, The Lutheran Chorale has shared its love of music with the front range community, performing a rich variety of musical works, with a special emphasis on the abundant choral tradition of the Lutheran Heritage. Under the recent direction of conductor David Hodel, the Chorale has performed major works by composers such as Bach, Handel, Brahms, and Verdi, as well as contemporary anthems, spirituals, secular pieces and motets.

The Chorale numbers approximately 50 members, and has also recently added friends and voices in collaboration with local area choirs and The Lakewood Symphony. Performances include 6-8 major concerts a each season as well as performing for special events such as fund-raisers, civic organizations, dedications, conventions, etc. The Chorale has sung the National Anthem at major Denver sports stadiums. World tours have taken us to Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Scandinavia, New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, and the British Isles.
